Angel/Slim has been adopted! Fun story, a family was talking about adopting a new dog & Bill said to his wife "You know I've always thought that a Redbone Coonhound is beautiful" He had never seen one in person, just in pictures. They really wanted to adopt -- not buy - but WHAT local rescue would have a Redbone?
They put in a search in at www.adoptapet.com just for laughs & giggles & Angel popped up. They could not believe their luck to find such a beautiful pup & she really is. Angel, now Slim has gone home to live in Chadds Ford PA with 2 parents, Mom works from home! 2- legged siblings & what could be better for a Redbone? How about 2 full acres fenced in! This baby hit the jackpot! Moral of the story is, you CAN find a purebred dog to adopt! Slim is my #498th adoption since 2-24-2004
