Our little girl is finally going home! She will have her very own Mom & Dad & a little sister Rush who is also an adopted rescued dog. It was love at first site for the girls!
Through our "Foster to Adopt Program" we'll allow a family to *foster* which means no expenses -- for exactly three (3) weeks. Since we all foster, we know you can’t even judge a dog’s true potential until after two (2) weeks. If at the end of the (3) weeks you decide this is the perfect dog for you – you’ll can legally adopt at that time. If you find it wasn’t the match you’d hoped, the dog must be returned to LnF immediately. If you’d like we’ll consider trying another dog --- but that will be on a case by case basis.
If you hate it when a young dog smothers you with kisses, is so thrilled to see you that their bodies just sways back & forth because their tail is wagging so hard – then our puppies are not the dogs for you!
Molli’s (she is a purebred Lab – also listed on this website) kids are young Chesapeake Retriever & Lab which automatically means they are high energy who will need someone who has an active lifestyle to take them for walks daily & lots of personal playtime. Once they get all of that out of the way, they can settle and be a wonderful companion.
PLEASE NOTE: We found out that Pumpkin is allergic to bee stings. She was stung & at first her lip became swollen but then it moved to her whole face & eyes. Whoever adopts her will be required to let their Vet know & have PROPHYLACIC medication on stand-by just as your would if you had a child with a bee allergy.
Pumpkin and her sisters Ginger & Sophie & a brother Tanner who look alike. She is very sweet, submissive & ready to go home.
She is an extremely sweet gentle girl with the gorgeous amber eyes. She has a soft and gentle personality -- but also likes to run and play. She totally LOVES children so we would consider putting her in home with an experienced family who has raised a puppy in the past with children 8 years old & up.
She's a smart girl & is walking well on leash. She will go to the door and whimper to go out. Her favorite things to play are retrieving a Frisbee or tennis ball, and playing with sticks. She is excellent on car rides and many times isn't ready for the ride to be over when she get home. She like all her siblings will steal your heart.
All of our dogs have all their shots, spayed/neutered & microchipped, crate trained & housetrained & on Heartworm medication. Our adoption donation is $349
Adopters are only reimbursing the rescue for their costs of providing excellent medical care.
Be sure to read our adoption requirementsto be sure you are qualified to adopt from LnF Dog Rescue Adoption Center. We are looking for families who actually have time to raise them.
We can recommend pet sitting companies that we trust to provide professional care for dogs while their parents are at work.
The boys (3) of them were all neutered when they are 12 weeks. They all pee-pee like a girl -- so you won't have to worry about that pesky marking everything! The 7 girls were spayed when they were 4 months old.
