EFFECTIVE 2-12-10 -
We have a minimum non-refundable adoption donation fee of $200. We also require an additional $100 which will be a donation to the rescue to help absorb our vet costs. We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit so we will provide a tax receipt for $100.00 with each adoption.
There is an additional $200 cost for puppies who have not been spayed/neutered due to age. The s/n cost must be pre-paid and will be reimbursed when are provided with proof of s/n.
All pups by 5 months have already been spayed by us.
The adoption donation also includes:
~ Ability to purchase Pet insurance from Shelter Care, the 1st month is only $5.00
~ Each pup/dog has already been Spayed/Neutered by this rescue
~ Microchipping
~ Testing for Heartworm, Ehrlichia & Lyme
~ Each dog is on Heartworm & Frontline Plus for the duration of their stay with us
~ They each go home with their first month supply of Heartworm medication & Frontline Plus
~ Up to date with Rabies
~ Distemper, Parvo vaccines
~
~ Two De-Worming
