URGENT - Leo
Sunday August 29th, 2010 12:03 PM until Wednesday September 7th, 2011 12:07 PM
Location: Lost and Found Dog Rescue Adoption Center, Inc (302) 613-0394
Map: New Castle DE 19720

Will pay $200 a month to foster our poor SAD Leo who is currently being boarded. ** Will also pay $100 bonus to anyone who will network for us & to find him a foster or adopted home.
Leo is a purebred English Lab with papers who spent his first 18 months on a chain outside. We rescued him but then found he is an alpha male who has not been socialized with dogs so he must be"an only child." which is why we had to board him since we all have dogs. His mental health is deteriorating at being boarded. He is a very social boy who does NOT want to go back to living in a kennel - as he did for the first 18 months of his life.
In keeping with his Lab heritage he is a huge wiggle-butt, sweet, loving and very very active. Leo never had toys but now "balls are his life." You'll seldom see him without a ball in his mouth. He has even learned to play with two balls & bats them around with his paws like a cat. Leo requires a 6 foot fence since he can easily sail over a 4 foot fence.
Besides paying $200 a month until we find him a home, we will pay to have a dog-walker in South Jersey, DE or PA to walk him & provide a potty break daily. We provide all food, treats, and toys & crate. He just needs to be part of the lives of humans.
As always: Foster/Adopting family must meet or exceed our adoption requirements that are listed at our website www.lnfdogs.org -
If you can help please contact Marleen at dogrescue@comcast.net
