We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of Delaware's Newest Foster-Based No-Kill Adoption Center located in New Castle DE 19720. Potential adopters will be able to meet our dogs by appointment & scheduled "Mingle with our MUTTS" in a home setting atmosphere.
