We know we are a dog rescue but one of our volunteers found this beautiful boy wandering around homeless. She tried to find his family but to no avail.
We took him in and had him vetted, neutered, tested for Leukemia (of course he is negative) microchipped, and now all we have to do is find him a his very own wonderful home. There are so many homeless cats everywhere we can just hope someone will see how special he is and decide they he is the kind of cat that want to adopt.
He is being fostered in South Jersey so potential adopter's will have to visit at this foster Mom's to see if this is a match made in Heaven.
If you want a cat that is extremely loving and affectionate, if you want a cat that is an adventurer, if you want a cat that will get along with your dog(s) or your other cat(s) -- Sullivan is the guy for you.
If interested, please e-mail us and we will forward an adoption application. As with all our rescues -- we are only asking for a donation to absorb our medical costs.
Update from Sullivan's Foster Mom:
I am fostering a really wonderful cat that needs a permanent home. As you can see from the pictures, Sullivan is a beautiful white cat and he is such a love! He is approximately 3 years old, confident around my 3 crazy dogs and two female cats, loving, curious, playful, catnip-addicted, and just truly a great cat. He is completely white with the exception of a patch of grey, (honestly it looks blue to me) on his head and the tip of his tail, looking almost like he rubbed up against some paint. He is not declawed, is neutered and current on all of his shots. He adapted quickly to the chaos here in my home and is not at all demanding or needy.
As you can see in several of the photos, he is an active cat and curious about his surroundings, and likes the challenge of getting into the most challenging nook in the house. He has really made me laugh with some of his antics!
Sullivan fits in beautifully here and I will be sad to see him leave, but the chance to foster and save another one makes it worth while. If Sullivan isn't your cup of tea and you would like to foster or adopt, please go to your local shelter!
There are 800 dogs and cats KILLED each HOUR in the U.S. because there are not enough homes for them.
