UPDATE:
Marleen, I Wanted to send you an update on my wonderful playdate with Mason.
Mason is just the most loveable guy. He is shy and hesitant to come to people, but once he understands that you just want to love him, he becomes the just the most loving puppy. For as long as you pet him, he will stay right where he is. At one point I had been petting him for a while and then stopped. A few minutes later I was sitting on the floor in the living room when he got up off the sofa, came over, and sat so close next to me I thought he was trying to sit on my lap. He just stayed there cuddled up next to me until I moved. He walks great on a leash and there were no potty accidents. He was very proud of himself when he mastered the stairs & proceeded to show off for me and Shadow running up and down.
He played great with Shadow and loves to run around with all the energy of a puppy. This little guy just loves to be loved. I can't wait to have him over again.

Mason has been cat tested and he was afraid at first then he wagged his tail and gave kisses!
Mason is as sweet and gentle as his 3 brothers. He loves everyone and also
looks like his Mom who is a Water Spaniel. He is all black with a white chest and paws.
Mason is a sweet, kissy, wiggle butt puppy. He came to us with this Mom & brothers from a shelter in WV. They were all starving to death and eating bird seed!
They are happy go-lucky pups and are just so happy for a pat on the head or a pat on the rump. They just SPARKLE with their joy of living! They have to be seen in person to see how cute they really are. ALL the boys have been neutered.
Two of the boys Drake & Mason, the black pups, have long, curly coats like a Water Spaniel which is what their Mom Ivy is. Coolio has a black & white long and wavy. They have their Mom's loving dispostion.
They are really, really good pups. They are not demanding, they are so loving to humans --- every day when they see me in the morning, they are thrilled. Not because I'm the person who has their food and water, but they are genuinely happy to see ME!

All L&F dogs/pups have been:
Temperament tested and have been chosen for having sweet, gentle dispositions.
House Trained & Crate Trained - paper trained if pups
Lives in foster homes with families.
Up to date with their complete series of Distemper, Parvo vaccines and Rabies.
Already SPAYED/NEUTERED
(pups under 5 months must be prepaid)
Microchipped
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
On Interceptor (Heartworm medication) & Frontline Plus (for the duration of their stay with us) - Plus they go with a one month supply of each

PLEASE NOTE:
Any dog/pup adopted from us must have a fenced in property either Physical or Electric Fence. The fence must be installed/or firm commitment prior to us processing an adoption application. If you need a fence for your dog, but are not permitted to have a physical fence, or chose not to, please visit our friends at Pet Stop. We abide by the Humane Association's recommendation. For ANY DOG adoption to have a relatively good chance of success, we believe a child should be 8 years old & up. We only adopt what we call our "BONA-FIDE Kid Lovers to families with children." Many dogs do not want to live with children. You should only adopt a dog who LOVES kids to be sure you are able to make a lifetime commitment to a dog.
We also expect that if no one is home all day, arrangements will be made to provide the dog with at least (1) "potty break" daily. This can be through a family member, neighbor, or Petsitting service. We know that it is impossible for us humans to "hold it" for 8-10 hours, so we do not want our "shelter kids" to be expected to do so.
