ADOPTED!  -
-- So happy for my baby boy Jack -- he's getting to "Go Home 4 The Holidays" He's also the first of my 3 pups to go home. He'll have his very own Mom, Dad & a 12-year-old 2-legged young sister whose face almost melted when she first saw him! She'll never forget that her parents adopted a rescued puppy & I'm sure when she's an adult she'll do the same.

He'll also have an adult Beagle sister who may or may not be that delighted to have a baby chasing her but I'm sure the family can work it out!

**Be sure to watch Jack & Jill's video below**

Jack, like his sister Jill, is a very sweet, kissy, darling little pup with LOTS of personality! I wasn't sure what the breed mix is but have done an investigation & I'm now convinced they are Dachshund/Beagle mix. Doxy's have very distinct nails & stubby paws & they definitely have Doxy's paws & bodies.  I don't expect that he’ll be much more than 25 lbs. full grown.  He has the markings of a Tricolor Beagle & is marking are just stunning!

Another fun-fact Jack is since he was neutered when he was 8-weeks old he will never feel the need to mark everything along the way when you go for a walk. When males are neutered early that keeps testosterone coursing thru his veins. Another fun thing about boy's neutered early is they will always pee like a girl & will not hike up their leg.

Everyone thinks that they should be adopted together but I disagree. Jill is a bit of a "Miss Bossy Pants" in that she bosses Jack around, takes his toys & his food.  I'm sure Jack would love to be the King of his castle instead of always being bossed around by his sister! Jack is currently in the process of getting his full series of puppies shots every 3 weeks. He's already neutered & because of that, he will never have the urge to pee & mark on everything when he is out for a walk!  When we neuter the boys when they are 2-months old they will always pee like a little girl! He'll be microchipped before he goes home.

If interested in adopting this adorable baby, be sure to read our adoption requirements & you must be able to meet or exceed them. LnF Dog Rescue does have very strict requirements for all our dogs but for our puppies, we do require they are adopted by a family that has raised a puppy in the past, as an adult. A best-case scenario would be to be adopted by someone who works from home or part-time -- or willing to provide 2-3 potty breaks a day. He is an infant & we really believe that if you don't have time to "raise"  a puppy perhaps you should consider a more mature pup or dog.

As with all LnF Dog Rescue pups/dogs, they live in a foster home, have all their shots, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate & potty trained -- although you will have to participate in keeping them on track! Puppies are paper trained. If interested read our adoption requirements & if you can meet or exceed them, you can apply online at our website. An installed fence at least 4 foot high is required & we do not accept any type of electric fence – no exceptions.
Some dogs do need a 6-foot wood or vinyl fence & if so it’s noted on their profile.  All LnF pups/dogs have been temperament tested, live in foster homes ~ All pups/dogs have been housebroken (puppies are paper trained) crate trained, have had basic training ~ Guaranteed to still love people & get along with other dogs ~ All pups/dogs have been Microchipped ~ Tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia & Lyme ~ Each dog is on Heartworm Medication & Flea/Tick year round while in our care ~ Up to date with Rabies ~ Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis vaccines ~ de-wormed twice.
