Jolene is a mix of Beagle/Collie (I think) She is so pretty, so sweet, so gentle, calm & quiet. She is one of my best girls. As is often the case, she found herself in a shelter in KY thru no fault of her own. She came to us emaciated so I think she was just trying to survive out there for some time. 

She's about 2-years old. her coat is a lovely shade of red & as you see very shiny. She loves people & other dogs. Haven't had a chance to test her with cats or kids. She's very petite at only 24 lbs.
There is a video below showing her training session & my professional dog trainer evaluating her progress. She's learning basic commands & leash manners & she is proving to excel in her training! She wants to please & loves attention --- 

Jolene tested positive for Lyme, but not to worry, she's isn't sick, she just tested positive but I am still treating her with a full 6-week course of Doxycycline & when she is adopted I will send her home with her medication.

  ~ All LnF pups/dogs have been temperament tested & live in a foster home. ~ All pups and dogs have been housebroken (puppies are paper trained) & crate-trained and have had basic training ~ All pups/dogs have been Microchipped ~ Tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia & Lyme ~ Each dog is on Heartworm Medication & Flea/Tick year-round while in our care ~ Up to date with Rabies ~ Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis vaccines ~ de-wormed.  
 
Our adoption fee includes (30) days of FREE pet insurance with an option to purchase -- but it's your choice. We strive to provide the BEST medical care available so that YOU are assured all our pups/dogs are healthy, up-to-date on all necessary shots, spayed or neutered by our rescue.

Adoption Requirements:  *A minimum physical 4-foot high fence or is higher is always mandatory and must be installed.  Some dogs may need a 6-foot wood or vinyl fence & if so it's noted on their profile. We will not consider any applications that does  not have an installed fence.  We do NOT accept any type of electric fence, no exceptions.
