This darling pup and her brother Rogan have arrived from our transport from WV.

We're not sure of their heritage but they look like a beagle/shep mixes. Robin is about 6 months old, very, very sweet and will probably be a medium sized pup. We have already had them spayed/neutered.

This little one is full of personality and highly active. She is a 100% puppy because there is not a second when I look over and she hasn't "found" something else to have in her mouth!

She and her little brother Rogan were dumped at a church in WV. The people kept "shooing" them away the way people do stray dogs. They were surviving on whatever they could find to eat. Luckily the dog warden came along and caught them and took them to Wetzel County Pound in WV.

This breed is a dime a dozen in WV, they are like black dogs --- no one wants them. So, of course we took them because we know that people in our area have found that these "Wetzel Hounds" are the very best little dogs!

All L&F dogs/pups are crate & potty trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet, gentle dispositions, and are living in foster homes with families. They each have had the following:

SPAYED/NEUTERED

Microchipped

Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia

On HeartGuard & Frontline Plus (as long as they are with us)

Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.

Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough

Two De-Wormings

PLEASE NOTE: Any dog/pup adopted from us must have a fenced in property either physical or Electric Fence IF there are children in the home.

If you need a fence for your dog, but are not permitted to have a physical fence, or chose not to, please visit our friends at Pet Stop. Mention that you saw them at our website and they have promised to send us a donation to help our rescue work.

We also expect that if no one is home all day, arrangements will be made to provide the dog with at least (1) "potty break" daily, whether it is through a family member, neighbor or petsitting service. We know that it is impossible for us humans to "hold it" for 8-10 hours, so we do not want our "shelter kids" to be expected to do so.

We have several petsitting service companies that we can recommend:
