Suzy Q has gone home!
Suzy Q is my very sweet little lady who is laid back & just wants to be with people -- but she loves dogs also. Be sure to watch her short video & photo with foster sister Laci, they play all day with each.
Suzy Q makes me laugh every day. She is like a little kid discovering the world, I just adore her personality. She is so loving & affectionate. She could sit on your lap all day if you'd her. As with most rescued dogs, she needs an experienced pet owner who either knows dog training or is willing to take classes. We do have a local dog trainer Nancy Fitzgerald here in DE who offers new adopters a special rate & she come to your home or you can join her classes. She uses positive training & will help you get on the right track with training for your new pet.
Suzy Q came to us from WV as starving Mom with her 3 pups. (see below) Her baby girls went to DHA here in Delaware & we kept Suzy Q here with us. She is a very loving, sweetest, submissive little girl. She has the prettiest copper colored eyes and her coat is so shiny!
She puts herself to bed at night & in the morning she is always sound asleep on her back with her paws in the air. Suzy is also a *sleepy head* in the morning she & our Julianna are always the last out of bed in the morning.
