We are asking that any applicants for Coco live within 40 miles of West Chester. Coco's foster parents think that this little girl is very very special and would not be comfortable letting her go without a home visit from them personally!
UPDATE from Coco's foster family: Our Coco is just a little girl at 23 pounds and is just so pretty.
Coco is the one on the left, not the pug. That is her foster brother.

Here are new pictures.
She is so quiet and gentle. She loves to play with my dogs. Especially with the toys. She takes every toy out and spreads them all over. She loves to play chase with Chloe, my pug. Winston and Coco love to steal each other's bones. It's funny to watch.
She has been great in the house. No accidents! She is no longer crated during the day and sleeps in a dog bed next to our bed at night. She does not move from there or try to get on the bed.
She ignores our cat who from day one, has felt very comfortable with her.
She loves to cuddle. She is a real love bug. What a treasure!
REPORT from Coco's foster Dad:
Coco is a tiny, only 23 pounds female
who is very calm and sweet. She is the perfect companion. She loves to sit quietly next to you when you are watching tv or checking emails on the computer. If she is not following you around the house she is sleeping on the couch. Not destructive at all and doesn't like to chew much. I leave her out of the cage unattended and when I get home she is in the same spot on the couch. She loves to go on long walks outside and doesn't pull you at all. She walks at your pace.
All L&F dogs/pups are crate & potty trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet & gentle dispositions,
have lived in foster homes with families, and have had the following:
Microchipping
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
First month supply of HeartGuard & Frontline Plus
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.
Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough
Two De-Worming
Spay/Neuter certificate, where applicable.
No dog 6 months and up will ever leave L&F Dog Rescue without being spayed/neutered. Spay/Neuter is MANDATORY.
If you would like to fill out an application, you must first register on the website and await an e-mailed passcode. Once you have this info, you will be able to access our application.
