UPDATE: Peachy has gone home and she is going to be a Mother's Day Present and I think that is just so special! So happy to have had the right little pup to place with this family that has lost their dog after 18 years. Very happy!
UPDATE: Peachy must think she is a cat because yesterday she found the back cushions of my sofa. Tippy shown in the picture thought that was a swell idea and joined her. These are two adorable little girls, Peachy, 23 pounds, and Tippy is only 19 pounds. They are both
major kissers and are terribly sweet little dogs.
UPDATE: What a pretty, sweet, calm, adorable little & quiet one Peachy is!
She came in with her tail underneath tucked under her so we thought her tail was docked. She was frightend and looked sad and confused but she is getting the hang of sleeping on the sofa, playing with the big dogs, and giving me big smiles and wagging her tail. She is primarily black and very shiny and very, very SOFT! She is like petting a rabbit! Her markings are sort of rust colored with a wonderful white crest on her chest. She is quiet and just wants to be as close as she can be. What a darling pup she is!
Peachy's a little beagle mix. As you can see she is just an adorable little girl. Very friendly and full of life. Approx 25 lb, full grown.
Rosy at the shelter in WV named her Peachy for the fuzzy hair on her head!
All L&F dogs/pups are crate & potty trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet & gentle dispositions,
have lived in foster homes with families, and have had the following:
Microchipping
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
First month supply of HeartGuard & Frontline Plus
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.
Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough
Two De-Worming
Spay/Neuter certificate, where applicable.
No dog 6 months and up will ever leave L&F Dog Rescue without being spayed/neutered. Spay/Neuter is MANDATORY.
If you would like to fill out an application, you must first register on the website and await an e-mailed passcode. Once you have this info, you will be able to access our application.
