Roxy has been adopted and will be going home with her new family this weekend!
UPDATE from Roxy's foster Mom:
She is exceptionally patient and gentle! She doesn't jump on people and is so well mannered! She is only 35 pounds and so delicate you want to pick her up and carry her around! She is also this gorgeous mahogany color, just beautiful!
This is one of the most adorable, sweet, gentle, laid back one year old little girls I've ever seen. She just wants to sit in front of everyone she meets and offer herself to be petted. She gently gives you her paw and loves humans, KIDS, dogs, cats just everything and everyone!
Since she truly adores kids then we would love to see her adopted into a family that has kids who have been raised with dogs.
PLEASE NOTE: If she is adopted into a family with children, fencing is mandatory with all L&F dogs.

All L&F dogs/pups are crate & potty trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet & gentle dispositions, have lived in foster homes with families, and have had the following:
SPAYED/NEUTERED
Microchipping
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
On HeartGuard & Frontline Plus
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.
Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough
Two De-Worming
No dog 6 months and up will ever leave L&F Dog Rescue without being spayed/neutered. Spay/Neuter is MANDATORY.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not place puppies in homes where no one will be home all day. Puppies, like babies, need lots of attention, socialization and cuddles. We do not feel that it is humane to leave them in a crate for 8-10 hour alone.
If you are applying for an adult dog, we do expect that if no one is home all day, arrangements will be made to provide the dog with at least (1) "potty break" daily, whether it is through a family member, neighbor or petsitting service. We know that it is impossible for us humans to "hold it" for 8-10 hours, so we do not want our "shelter kids" to be expected to do so.
