Farah came to us just as she was about to be surrendered to the SPCA. A sweeter dog I have yet to meet! She has the softest coat and ears. It feels like velvet and her big, beautiful eyes all but melt my heart. Her coat is pure red and she has the longer ears and face of a hound of some kind but she doesn't have all of the personality traits of a hound. Her bark is ordinary (she doesn't howl)and she has a calm gentle temperment. She loves to play and has taken to picking up a tennis ball to carry around the yard. Or she'll romp with the other dogs for hours on end. Her favorite thing though is to sit by your side and keep you company. She is smart too! She learned how to use the doggie door just by watching the other dogs and has not had one accident in the house. It is so easy to love this gorgeous pup. She loves children and other dogs and big people too! This little gal is quite a catch and if you think you could give her all the love and security that she deserves, please consider adopting sweet Farah.
