Before you come to one of our "Mingle with our MUTTS,"  please take a moment to learn more about each puppy and dog that is available for adoption through our pet profiles.   We hope that you will take the time to get to know some of our dogs personalities and needs.  By reading the profiles, you can determine which puppy or dog will be a good match for your  own personality and lifestyle. 

Meeting the dogs in person gives the potential adopter an opportunity to have one-on-one interaction with our dogs as well as speak with the adoption coordinator or foster parent about a particular dog.  You may just find that although you had been interested in one dog's profile online, another may just win over your heart in person!

Lost and Found Dog Rescue frequently holds  "Mingle with our MUTTS"  (typically the second Saturday of each month. Please join our website and mailing list in order to keep apprised of new arrivals as well as upcoming "Mingle with our MUTTS."  

Please Note the Following Information:

 All L&F pups/dogs over 5 months old have been spayed/neutered prior to adoption

 Please read our adoption policies carefully and our adoption donation fees so you understand the level of medical care that has been provided which includes spay/neuter. If a puppy is under 5 months, you must pre-pay for the spay/neuter and then have it done at our vet's in Chadds Ford PA.

 An installed physical or electric fence are mandatory prior to adoption. If you need a safe and economical containment system, we proudly recommend:

 If qualified, please fill out our online adoption application. Register at our website, you will be sent a password, then you can access our online adoption application.

We DO NOT ADOPT on a first come, first serve basis. Rather, we pick the best application based on the needs of each of our pups and dogs. Lost and Found Dog Rescue takes pride in individually matching owners and dogs.

  Please note:  WE DO NOT ADOPT DOGS AT AN EVENT.  "Mingle with our Mutts" is an opportunity to meet many of our dogs at once, to meet the foster parents, to talk to the volunteers from Lost and Found, and to receive further information on available puppies and dogs.
