Starla ADOPTED #510th adoption! Took my beautiful baby girl home to start her new life with her very home Mom, Dad & a built-in swimming pool. Wait until she finds that out this summer!!

MYM Designation: Goofball

**Be sure to watch Starla's video below**

What a cutie Starla is – she’s even more pretty in person. She’s just over a year old now & probably going to be close to 60 lbs. full-grown.  She does the most adorable thing -- she "smiles" real "smiles" when you talk to her & she gets all wiggly! So cute!!

I see Collie in her face  -- picture if her ears stood up -- & I’m guessing the half of her mix is some kind of hound with speckles. I have a few kiddie pools here & she just jumps in & lays there with just her head sticking out of the water. We're hoping she is adopted into a home that has a pool or a family that would get her a kiddie pool. Starla has learned how to be very well-mannered & walks beautifully on a leash. Like all rescued dogs she would love above all else to have her very own family & I think it will be her first time of truly being loved. Does that sound like something you would like to help a dog attain?

Like most of my rescued dogs, she ended up in a high kill shelter in KY thru no fault of her own. I think there were some abuse issues & she was pretty shy when she first arrived --- but she fine now. Just needed to get her baring’s & feel safe. She loves being loved on & she loves playing with all the dogs here. She is very kind to people & kids. While I haven’t tested her with cats since I don’t have any – she does not appear to have a high prey instinct.
