ADOPTED! I'm so happy that my little Angel Skylar met her new Mom & has joined a very elite group of rescue dogs who get to "Go HOME 4 The Holidays" thru a national dog adoption campaign --
She is my 502nd adoption & my 3rd to "Go Home 4 The Holidays"

You know how sometimes small dogs can be nippy/growly? Not LNF's 1-year old Skylar, 10 lb Chug, (Pug/Chi) or any LnF Dog for that matter! Sky is seeking someone who wants a baby to hug, snuggle, carry around, who wants to have a tiny daughter to dress her up every day! Sky is available for adoption at our website www.lnfdogs.org
I know it’s hard to believe but LnF Dog Rescue found this tiny Angel sitting in a shelter in KY. Sadly we’ve learned over the last 13 ½ years of working in rescue, that no matter how cute, sweet, young or tiny they are ------ when people simply don’t want them anymore --- they end up abandoned.
In honor of her new chapter in life, we've renamed her Skylar. She has proved to be the sweetest, gently, affectionate baby girl. She just oozes personality & I don’t know how that must love & personality could be packed into that little body, but it’s true! She is very cold sensitive & if there is a tiny chill in the air she shivers SO, of course, that means if you adopt her you’ll have to go shopping for sweaters & winter coat. You can just dress her up like a baby doll & take her everywhere you go!
You can see in her videos how she loves to play & rough house & she can really run fast with those tiny little legs. I love that every time I make eye contact with her she starts wagging her tail so hard that it looks like whirl!~ In the morning when she’s in her crate & I go to take her out to potty she rolls over & gives me belly! When she plays herself out with her foster siblings -- all she wants to do is cuddle with whoever is available to hold her!

We can not place her with small children since she is tiny herself -- she needs to be adopted with kids 12-years & up.
All LnF pups/dogs have been temperament tested & live in foster homes ~ All pups and dogs have been housebroken (puppies are paper trained) & crated trained ~ All pups/dogs have been Microchipped ~ Tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichiosis & Lyme ~ Each dog is on Heartworm Medication year-round while in our care ~ Up to date with Rabies ~ Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis vaccines ~ de-Wormed. Our adoption fee includes (30) days of FREE pet insurance with an option to purchase, but it's your choice. We strive to provide the BEST medical care available so that YOU are assured all our pups/dogs are healthy, up-to-date on all necessary shots, spayed or neutered by our rescue.
Adoption Requirements: *A minimum physical 4-foot high fence or is higher is always mandatory and must be installed. Some dogs may need a 6-foot wood or vinyl fence & if so it's noted on their profile. We will not consider any applications that does not have an installed fence. We do NOT accept any type of electric fence, no exceptions.
