Tawny new parents and sister came to the Mingle to meet her and we all found that it was a love-fest all the way around. She will be joining a great family who will cherish and as much as they do their other 4 - legged sister, who is also a rescue. We love getting to see everyone meet and fall in love!

Tawny is a very cute spaniel mix pup. She is about 9 weeks old and weighs about 11 pounds. She came from the shelter with her sister Fawn. Tawny is the playful one. She sort of dances around as a greeting. She is just so pretty and sweet and very affectionate.
We want them to be adopted into families that can and will provide LOTS and LOTS of affection. Tawny might end up being larger at 50-60 pounds
They both have had two shots, two de-worming's and need two more shots.
They can only adopted in the DE, PA, area so they can be spayed when they are 4-5 months old by our local vet.
Please note: Personal puppy experienced homes only, we can not adopt to first timers for these puppies and prefer children over 8 or have been raised with dogs or pups.

All L&F dogs/pups are crate & potty trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet & gentle dispositions, have lived in foster homes with families, and have had the following:
SPAYED/NEUTERED
Microchipping
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
On HeartGuard & Frontline Plus
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.
Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough
Two De-Worming
All adoptions include:
One month of free Shelter Care insurance
2 free weeks of pooper scooper service provided by DE Pooper Scoopers
PLEASE NOTE: Any dog/pup adopted from us must have a fenced in property either physical or Invisible Fence IF there are children in the home.
We do not place puppies in homes where they will be left alone all day. Part-time is ok. Puppies, like babies, need lots of attention, socialization and cuddles. We do not feel that it is humane to leave them in a crate for 8-10 hours at a time. .
If you are applying for an adult dog, we do expect that if no one is home all day, arrangements will be made to provide the dog with at least (1) "potty break" daily, whether it is through a family member, neighbor or petsitting service. We know that it is impossible for us humans to "hold it" for 8-10 hours, so we do not want our "shelter kids" to be expected to do so.
