Cheynne/DaisyADOPTED!!! Our adorable little one certainly did get lots of attention & lots of adoption applications but she finally met her new parents & has gone home. She'll start her new life with her very own Mom & Daddy & I'm happy she'll be staying right here in Delaware so I can still get to see her from time to time! Her parents have re-named her Daisy which I think is a perfect name for this cutie!

This little munchkin is the sweetest, gentlest, most affectionate baby girl that I’ve seen in some time! Cheyenne is about 2-years old & petite at only 36 lbs! She just loves humans & other dogs & if you want someone to cuddle with Cheyenne is the girl for you. Now in keeping with her Terrier breed, she is vocal & likes to tell you all that she has been thinking about!
She was diagnosed with Lyme but she is not sick at all. As a reputable rescue, I test all our dogs for Heartworm & all tick-borne diseases. She tested positive & I’m treating her aggressively as I always do with a full 6-weeks of Doxycycline to be sure she has no issues down the road. When they are adopted before they complete their medication I send them home with what is left of their prescription.
Cheyenne was picked up by animal control in VA but she was not reclaimed. You can tell that she was loved & has learned several basic commands. All LnF pups/dogs have been temperament tested & live in foster homes ~ All pups and dogs have been housebroken (puppies are paper trained) & crated trained ~ All pups/dogs have been Microchipped ~ Tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia & Lyme ~ Each dog is on Heartworm Medication year-round while in our care ~ Up to date with Rabies ~ Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis vaccines ~ Wormed. Our adoption fee includes (30) days of FREE pet insurance with an option to purchase, but it's your choice. We strive to provide the BEST medical care available so that YOU are assured all our pups/dogs are healthy, up-to-date on all necessary shots, spayed or neutered by our rescue.
Adoption Requirements: *A minimum physical 4-foot high fence or is higher is always mandatory and must be installed. Some dogs may need a 6-foot wood or vinyl fence & if so it's noted on their profile. We will not consider any applications that does not have an installed fence. We do NOT accept any type of electric fence, no exceptions.
