About Darleen/Cinnamon - ADOPTED! | |

We're very happy to announce that Darleen has been adopted. She has gone home to start her new life in South Jersey with a Mom, Dad & older 4 legged sister Coconut!
She will be our 457th adoption since 2-24-2004.
**Be sure to watch the video below ** Darleen and her sister Charleen were found running in traffic together & thankfully a caring person alerted the FSAC-SPCA & Officer Nichole Mancino came to their rescue & was able to get them back to the shelter to safety. At the shelter their family didn't attempt to find them so they became available for adoption.
Darleen is a young, purebred Lhasa Apso with a cream colored coat with tan patches. She has a very sparkly disposition. She’s about one & half years old small, very sweet & affectionate & does want to sit on your lap on day if you let her ---- but she is also young enough that she's very active & playful & she get's along with other dogs very well.
LnF Dog Rescue does have a general policy that we believe that Senior Citizens should adopt mature older dogs - 5-6 years and up. Everyone wants young cute little dogs like Charleen but if you really want to save a life & have a wonderful companion, give a home to an adult dog. In that was you will be saving a dog’s life in a shelter or helping the rescue that has taken an older dog. Thank you for understanding our position based on our years of experience.
